Carbon and sustainability reporting within the UK renewable transport fuel obligation

On 26 June 2007, the UK government announced a Consultation exercise concerning biofuels that will close  on 13 September 2007.

The Consultation seeks views on the detailed information that transport fuel suppliers might be required to provide to the RTFO Administrator on the carbon savings and wider sustainability impacts of their biofuels.  It is likely to be of particular interest to transport fuel suppliers and those involved in the biofuels industry.
